Do not call these guys unless you have an emergency situation and money is no object. First of all their website says they have a physical address in Visalia. They ended up coming from Bakersfield and almost charged me for fuel. Second, there is an automatic fee of $120 for coming out. Then, they charged $300 for each spring you have on your door. Two springs would have been $700 though retail on a spring is $100. Do it yourself if you can. You can order the spring from Amazon and it will be there next day delivery.

Raul from Precision Garage Door of Visalia was so helpful and courteous. He helped us understand the problem that we were having, but thankfully it didn’t need any repairs. We will definitely call them for any future garage doors repairs.
