The Fasglass team made quick work of removing broken bathroom acrylic block window and installed new upgraded glass window. So much better than the plastic window. But Still waiting for my warranty paperwork.

Initially I was very happy with this company. I called June 21st and he came out June 21st to measure the window and order the new glass, saying it would take about 2 weeks to come in. 3 weeks later (July 12th) we got it installed (I was not too worried about the extra week). But the next day I come home from work and the caulking is all melting off the pane of glass. On July 27th he came out and fixed it. But that SAME DAY the caulking was melting off the pane of glass AGAIN. I notified him that day but it is now 41 days later and he has still not come back to fix the caulking. UPDATE: October 16th now and the correction still has not been made, and after scheduling it and then texting telling me all the reasons they will not be returning to my home to complete the job correctly (only after seeing my initial review) has left me unwilling to to ever refer this company to anyone else.

FasGlass responded quickly to my call, coming by the same day to measure on one large and one small glass replacement. They were back in a little over a week to put in the replacements. Their workmanship was outstanding, both on the glass replacement as well as carefully removing the decorative grids on the large window and reinstalling. I will certainly use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

I wanted somebody to replace the glass in three large windows. Donnie was the only provider I found who would do the work I wanted. All others would only take on the work if they could replace the window frames as well. Donnie was quick to respond, pleasant and professional and got the work done sooner than he originally indicated. His service included delivering and installing the new window glass and removing the old panes
