I would avoid this company at all cost. Waited over a week after calling and basically being told we will call you when we have time to get to you. Only for them to come oil and adjust the garage door and charge me $186. The kicker is that evening the door was acting up again and by the next evening, 20 min before 5 of course, it wouldn’t even close. When I called I was told they could send someone, but I would be charged the emergency call out fee. Because the $186 I paid you the day before for a problem you didn’t fix wasn’t enough. Of course the problem is intermittent so when the guy came the next day and it wasn’t acting up in that moment he told us there was nothing he could do if he couldn’t see it for himself and left. All of that to say I paid them $186 and still am left with the same problem I had that I needed them to fix in the first place.

We called for 2 weeks trying to get them to send techs out to give us a quote on fixing garage doors. We would call and get told, “yeah. We’ll send someone out” We never received any callbacks. Went with another door company that showed up same day

Horrible service. Workers forgot equipment and charged us an extra $300 on top of the $500 service we requested for their mistake of having to go back to their warehouse to pick up the part. Also, the $500 service included to fix our secondary garage door, which they didnt even touch the whole time they we here. Horrible.

There aren’t enough stars here to give the proper credit! H&H was the third place I called only because one place didn’t service my outlying area and the other didn’t install the garage door opener brand I bought for my neighbor..really? Well I’m so glad it was H&H to the rescue. They showed up as scheduled and made light work of the install. Both of the men (Matthew and forgive me for forgetting name of other) did a fantastic and professional job. If you’re looking for installation of a garage door opener, you definitely can’t go wrong with H&H Doors!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!

Monday Morning, June 15, 2020 I found the H & H Garage Door Office Lady to be helpful and honest. I gave my information and waited to be contacted, not to patiently on my part. On Tuesday, 1208hrs, June 16, 2020 I received a call from Troy and he wanted to come check my door. I met Troy and another young man as they arrived. I was wearing a face shield and the young man asked if I wanted them to wear masks?, That is good service. I directed them to the garage and they got straight to business. I finished my lunch, and a short time later, I heard the garage door operating. I observed the door operating and paid my bill. The bill was reasonable, $$, they did excellent work, and were very professional. I recommend this team from H & H Garage Doors.

I wanted to send a huge thank you to Sheronda, Kayla, Troy and Shelby! My garage door broke Friday night and I was sitting on go waiting for your office to open Monday morning. Both Sheronda and Kayla worked to get me fit into the schedule as quickly as possible. When Troy and Shelby got to my house, they were nice, professional and knew their job! Got the door back up and going in no time. I really appreciated all four of these employees.. I hope management does too! They ROCK!

My elderly mother recently had a problem with her garage door opener that was urgent to her. These wonderful people came out immediately and took such good care of her! I would recommend them 100%! Responsive, friendly, knowledgable and honest.
