We got 3 doors replaced and had an excellent experience with Henderson & Daughter. Everyone we dealt with was professional, efficient, extremely helpful and friendly. The workmanship and quality of product is well worth the price. We’re so happy with our new doors and will probably be back in the future to replace some windows!

Very unprofessional… We called about getting two doors replaced in our home and they scheduled someone to come out and look at the job to get us a price. I took off work early to meet then at our house for the scheduled appointment but they never showed up, not even a phone call. Tried to reschedule another appointment online this next time and two weeks have gone by with no call back.

This is a great company to choose for your next window or door project. When Sarahanne gave us an estimate in June, the process was quick, easy and straightforward. Scheduling the install with Marli came earlier than expected and the installers, Arron and Bill performed their work flawlessly. Bill even swiffered my entire kitchen floor during the cleanup. Great service, great people, great company. Thanks!

Please ! This company has been a nightmare to work with. We ordered windows on 5/4/23 they came in to install windows on 7/13/23. NOW!! You would think they would have everything they needed to get job done and completed but they didn’t . They ordered wrong trim and no screens which should have been explained to us prior to coming to install. They also got our sofa dirty while coming in and out of our place. Ok so now we have to wait again to get right trim and screens which they came out AGAIN on 8/7/23 now they had screens but not enough trim; so here again someone had to come back out with trim to finish job they came out 8/9/23 to finish trim BUT IN THE MEAN TIME they Scratched glass and left finger prints on new glass and track of window full of trim dust and gunk!!!! THEN we got HOA COME KNOCKING ON OUR DOOR THAT OUR CONTRACTORS HAD ELECTRICAL CORD EXTENTED IN LOBBY (OMG).. we have rules in condos and if they needed power they should have asked .. they could have used our garage…We contacted company and spoke to Ken Nyssen they will order new window now we have to wait 5 to 6 weeks and then set up AGAIN other day for them to come out. VERY.VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS. I will let our neighbors and friends not to use this company

Had windows put in years ago and asked Deb to come out for a quote on some basement windows. We had recently painted our home and the first thing Deb said was “you painted and now the windows are not in the warranty”. Not very professional, rude and would never ever do business with her again!!! All the windows barely shut. We should of went with a different company.
