Huge thanks to Valpo Raised Doors for their excellent work installing our new garage door. A cable broke on our old door. Jason came right out to do an estimate, and the door was installed within a few days. Jason and his crew are experienced, friendly, and expert at what they do. Oh yeah — and the price was hundreds less than another company quoted for the exact same door! We highly recommend this local third-generation company.

This company is not professional at all. I made an appointment for service. They didn’t show up at all. They didn’t call or text to let me know. I called them and the owner said he tried to contact me yet I never received any calls or texts that day. He said he didn’t want to come to my house at the scheduled time unless he spoke with me. I was home waiting for him. My house is only 3 miles from his office so I wasn’t out of way. Then he said we could make another appointment, yea right, like I could trust him again….not!

I have now had two experiences with this company, a frozen door and a horrible noise. For the frozen door the company that installed my door refused to come out for days and this company came next day. Owner professional and charged incredibly reasonable fee for this emergency service. Second time service next day and owner refused what I wanted to pay saying it was just a simple fix. I can truly say this company and it’s owner who also gives tips on the door are amazing. I highly recommend.

had a great experience with Valpo raised door. Came out quickly and installed a brand new lift system and many features with it, new key pad, remotes, and more. Very cost efficient and effective. Highly recommend to everyone.

Called and got same day service. Price was too good to be true. Not worth doing the job myself with those great prices. Service was excellent too! Thank you again!
