Beware. If you think hiring this licensed and insured contractor covers property damage done by them, you are wrong. They did a great job replacing opener, and a real nice job on my basketball hoop too! They offered $200 for damages. Will cost me more than triple to get back into condition it was in prior. Still in process of getting resolved….

Express Garage Door of Valparaiso installed my garage door in October 2023 on my new construction home (I was finally able to get a good photo to pair with this review) & it is absolutely perfect! They were easy to work with and had a quick turnaround time. Definitely recommend them

Honestly was fine when we had to have a repair done late last year. They suggested to replace the door eventually. We discussed for a month with no issues. Then silence. Apparently don’t want the business. Ok fine then do a common courtesy and reply to my email or phone call. Rudely told doesn’t want business so fine I’ll find a competitor.

Our spring broke as we were trying to leave for work. Called them and they were out to the house within the hour!! They fixed it quickly and we were back to having a functioning garage door. Great service and very professional attitude. 10/10 would recommend!!
