We met with Randy Mersch at Moulding, Doors and More (MDM) several times over four weeks to discuss options for a new front door with side lites and trim moulding for our son’s house. On the first visit Randy recommended several installers who could help with measuring the door and give us a price for installing it. We hired Mark Humphrey with Humphrey and Sons, LLC who then met us at the house, measured the opening and noted the swing on the door. Mark then met us at MDM to make sure the measurements and door swing were correct. We placed the order with Randy and the door arrived in perfect condition in just a few weeks. Mark picked it up, removed the old door, installed the new door and added the new trim. It looks fabulous and really pumped up the curb appeal! Our son and his wife are extremely satisfied–10/10 would do this again. Cost was a main factor as the total for the door and installation was a whopping 56% less than quotes from a big box store and another major contractor in the Twin Cities. We highly recommend MDM for great customer service and Mark Humphrey for installs.

Very responsive to questions. Great quality doors. There were a couple things. Each of the 4 doors were smooth on one side and rough on the other. I sanded those down. I wasn’t asked and didn’t think which way the doors opened. They did ask where the knob would be. This resulted in a couple hinge cuts to be modified. Lastly wasn’t asked how thick the previous doors were. My new ones were thicker which meant the frame trim needed to be removed and pulled back a bit. These are questions that should have been asked.

Expert knowledge, fast turnaround, plenty to choose from and not overpriced. Bought 5 doors with jambs and had exact choice of hinges. Perfect.

We needed a bathroom door cut to size. There is a great group of people at this shop! They were all super helpful, got the door cut to size fast, and offer great prices! We will come again if we ever need another door.

Wonderful customer service. As a woman, I have been talked down to in Hardware Stores and other, like places. Not this one. Very insightful and respectful and professional. Love it. I wish I needed more doors. 😂 …
