I never been there but I bought a sliding door first the sliding wheels were broken out in a brand new door then the door won’t lock no more I’ll never buy from them again just save the headache

Service is bad and the window installation caused the cracks near windows and leaking. Contacted them, but totally denied it and did not even want to take a look. Also the workers did not take any suggestions.

Rich Windows is just awesome! I compared a few windows companies, and I found only Rich windows has the same price and glass thickness for the windows, also they have great service, a girl who was sit front of the desk was patient enough to answer all my questions. That was a great experience with them, I will look to try and use them for any future glass needs.
