This company was so wonderful! I called them for an emergency repair in the evening on a commercial door and they got back to me within 15 minutes. Luckily we were able to get the door shut and they came out the next day within an hour of the start of their day and spent 3 hours fixing our door. Both guys I spoke to were professional and super easy to work with. Highly recommend! Will definitely use them again in the future.

These guys are amazing. I called yesterday just to get quotes on having a double spring replaced, sent some pics via text and they had an estimate for me, and offered to have it fixed that same day, mind you it was already 3:30pm. I confirmed and a tech was here by about 5:30pm. He didn’t have the springs in his truck but he came out and made a temp fix to get the door working again, which is desperately needed since the squirrels keep chewing up wiring harnesses in cars in our neighborhood. Terry, the tech that came was great and even text me to let me know he was on his way. Excellent service and price. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you so much for your professionalism and respectful pricing.

1) I found a broken right spring on my 2 car garage door. 2) Called Reliable Door Services office at 8:40 AM Thursday. I was transferred to a technician who asked a couple of questions then gave me an initial estimate of $489 to install new springs. Arranged for services at 10:30 AM the same day. 3) At 10:40 I received a call from technician Matt telling me he was on the way. He arrived at 11:00 AM. 4) Matt made some measurements on the old springs, then pulled replacement springs out of his truck, installed them, lubricated them, and adjusted the lifting force on the garage door opener. This all took about 25 minutes. I don’t think he wore safety glasses. I really would encourage him to do so. Otherwise he was totally polite and competent. 5) Total cost was $489 as previously quoted. I paid by credit card using an app on Matt’s phone, got the receipt in my email. 6) All in all a positive and mercifully brief experience

Another company left me hanging. Reliable showed up same day and temporarily repaired a broken spring. They returned the following day and completed the job. They also provided good advice on the proper opener for my door. Highly recommend!

The best in the Tulsa Metro!Clean, polite, and professional. Door busted on me on Thursday, made a call, these guys were out on Saturday and was out of there by noon , even cleaned every inch of the garage door and also some of my own mess in the garage. Was very careful around my Harley . Thanks again

The spring broke In my garage door and my car was stuck inside on a Saturday afternoon. I contacted several companies and nobody could come out same day. Then I came across Reliable Door Services and In less than 2 hours on a Saturday my garage door was fixed and my car was no longer a hostage. Tracy did a great job and worked quickly! I highly recommend and will use them in the future.

Can’t tell you how impressed I am with Reliable Door Services. Both Chris, I believe to be the owner and LD our sales/service tech were professional, friendly and very efficient. I placed a call after hours, the first question they asked was to make sure that no car was stranded. Then offered a service appointment the very next day. They repaired the problem, checked out both the single-car and two-car doors, lubricated them and repaired a number pad for entry that hadn’t worked in a year plus. The value was great. For not much more than what you might expect a normal service call to cost, they had us back in business. Don’t hesitate to give these guys a shot!
