Yeah, actually the best window company. Super easy, super straight forward, excellent work, unbeatable prices for high quality windows WITH a crazy warranty, and very very good with communication. Shannon stays on it! Had one issue after initial install, they came the next business day and fixed it asap. Very easy going and great to work with. Thanks Best Windows Company!

Where to even begin with this company… When I called the company to schedule an appointment I spoke to Shannon (the office lady and an angel of a woman) her kindness immediately made me want to work with them. I was called by the owner, Keith, who promptly set up an appointment, and came to our house. He came prepared with all the information we needed. He was honest and upfront with all pricing and kept nothing hidden from us. We signed the papers, that day he told us that their priority is to make sure we are 100% happy with the service they provide. In todays world those words don’t mean a whole lot, it’s the actions that count, and boy did they come through. Everything from start to finish displayed how they stand true to their commitment. Hector, who is the lead for installs is amazing, and his crew went above and beyond. He was so great with my kids and took time to show them how the windows worked. We even had a gutter guard fall off before they ever came to install, I asked if they would put it back on, they never hesitated to do it. The crew worked hard to make everything look better than it did before they arrived. My windows are beautiful and it’s a true upgrade to our house. I would recommend this company to anyone, finding businesses that are good and honest isn’t easy to find, and they have that small business charm where the customer’s satisfaction is their number one priority, and they will stand by that. With the pricing, customer service, and warranty they provide, why would you look anywhere else. I am overall extremely happy!

We had been discussing window replacement for a long time. A coworker recommended best windows and we can’t believe the difference. The biggest difference we have noticed is that the house holds the inside temperature much longer. The heat and ac doesn’t run for as long a period as it used to. I’m sure this will make a difference in our energy bills. The windows are beautiful and Hector and his crew were amazing with the install. Keith was easy to work with also. We didn’t know a lot about windows, but Keith is so knowledgeable, he knew exactly what we wanted . He drew up a quote quickly and the windows exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with our purchase. It’s easy to be skeptical with the prices being lower than anyone else we were quoted from. But, these windows are indeed high quality and are performing as we hoped. We opted for sliders to replace double window openings, which saved us thousands and we absolutely love the unobstructed view we have now. 100% recommended to anyone considering replacement windows. Have a few left to do for the whole house so we will be a repeat customer.

This business is 5 stars hands down. Very courteous and very friendly. Best estimate. Showed up when they said they would. From the owner coming to measure windows himself all the way down to the three men who efficiently replaced all the windows in my home in less than 4 hours( after laying down covers to protect my flooring inside and protecting my flowers in my flower beds outside from any falling debris). They even cleaned up the mess outside in the yard. My curb appeal is amazing!!!

We’ve been looking to replace the front door and windows on our home in Owasso for a few months. The amount of gimmickry and sales pressure during the estimate appointments with other companies has been frustrating. We just got our estimate and have decided to go with Best Window Co. Keith came out and literally priced the project in less than 10 minutes!! He is a straight shooter and has no interest in applying pressure. He was able to answer all of my questions, was professional, respectful, and courteous. Their prices were significantly cheaper than other companies we looked into. I’ll leave another review when they install, but wanted to recognize the best estimate/sales experience we’ve had! Thanks, Keith!!

We have had windows replaced in two different houses and had similar experiences. There were some differences though. The time spent with Keith Simms, was pleasant, cordial and straight to the point. We did not need to endure an hour-long PowerPoint presentation. Price is another distinction. One of the other quotes we received, started at almost 3 times where Keith started and finished pricing equivalent windows, no negotiating. He provides his best price at the very beginning. The competitor eventually provided a price 30% over the Best Window price, but their first several quotes were attempts to gouge and over charge the customer. The quality of the two window companies is virtually the same, however the price is drastically different. The warranties are the same and transferrable. The ordering, receiving and installation process was flawless. I would highly recommend Keith Simms and the Best Window Company. Give him time to explain his product and price to you and I do not believe you will regret it.

Had Keith come out and give us a quote for all new windows. He was quick with the estimate and far more affordable than any other company we got quotes from. Also appreciated his straightforward approach and no hour long sales pitch. Had the windows put in about 4-6 weeks later. Hector and the crew did a great job. Would highly recommend!
