I had a storm door place last year that I spent a lot of money on and it’s been coming apart since one month of installation. I called the business and they asked me to send them pictures which I never did because I got so busy. The door continue to get worse. I called them several times and left voicemails for them to call me back with no one calling me back. The door is now less than one year old and it has completely apart and I cannot find anyone to return my call.

I recently purchased an exterior and storm door from Storm Seal. I too can’t say enough about their excellent customer service. The estimate was done within a few days and the installation was worked around my schedule. The products they offer are high quality. I actually bought doors from Storm Seal 40 years ago and just now replacing, not because of wear but because I wanted a different design. I also needed a 25 year old double pane glass replaced because seal was broken. I wasn’t sure I would need a new window. They came out and said only pane needed replacing. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent place to get storm windows. Although it takes quite a few weeks as the owner had let me know there are not many manufacturers doing storm windows much any more. Makes sense with insulated window popularity. Glad there is a place that can still get items like that.

Nice place outdated on accepting technology but. In my book that is a plus, they do great installs and are straight to the point when u need a part 🙂
