“Under budget” and “finished early” are not terms I typically use to describe contractors. However, Smart Window exceeded every expectation. Andrea was a dream to work with, solving every design challenge while staying cost conscious on upgrades. The financing options she offered were very flexible and competitive. The job execution was also flawless. The three installers showed up on time and were done early. The job remained very clean throughout and finishing was complete with no issues. They worked and communicated well together with minimal chitchat. As if this review couldn’t get better, Smart Window is a local and family run business. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and appeared happy to be there which speaks to a very well-run organization and leads to their high-quality attention to detail. Treat your employees well and they’ll take care of your customers. I am beyond pleased with the outcome and I can’t recommend them enough!!

From start to finish very easy. Fair pricing, great customer service, install was a breeze. We are enjoying our beautiful new windows and sliding doors! Have already noticed a difference in the temperature in the house. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent company and with excellent service. Paul worked with me to replace the windows and doors for our entire home. Smart Window Company came recommended to me by a coworker and I had them replace the windows in my condo earlier in the year prior to some of the heavier rains, which turned out to be ideal timing. They were positively great to work with, the entire experience was painless from start to finish. I’m more than happy with the quality of both the product and the installation and to top it off, they were even slightly cheaper than Home Depot. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the workmanship provided by Smart Window Company. The process started with their salesperson Paul B. He did a fabulous job providing us with the best options for our home doors. Extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He was thorough in explaining the options for our doors. Great communication skills and gets back to you with answers. Our installer Roberto & Ivan were great. They kept us in the loop and explained the installation process. It was a pleasure talking to both gentlemen and they answered questions. They were focus and detail oriented in their workmanship. The end result, were great doors by ProVia. We love the design and blue (navy) color with glass. More importantly the durability and efficiency of the doors is what attracted us to making the investment. The company has many options. We recently had all our windows replaced in our Los Angeles apartment. We choose Smart Window because of their commitment to customer service and we were not disappointed. Tony M. and David were great to work with. David was more than patient us and responded to all of our requests and questions. Tom came out to our place for the final measurements and his knowledge and kindness were appreciated. Then, when the day came for the installation we were amazed at how efficiently, professionally, and tidy the installation crew was. They installed 13 new windows in our old structure in one day. I rarely write reviews, but I’m happy to write this one. Thank you Smart Window Co.!
