Had garage door openers installed on our shop. We had several problems with them. We’ve contacted them several times. The first time he came out to fix it and the last few times we have gotten brushed off.

Overwhelmingly positive review! Called and they came the same day to assess the garage door springs. Came back the next day with the parts and completed the repair. They were honest and told me my other garage door springs didn’t need work at this time. Friendly, professional and I didn’t have to wait to get the repair done!

Spring broke on our garage door. Tim came out quickly and got our door back in order. He addressed all our concerns and didn’t try and upsell us on anything. Felt the price was honest. I would recommend this business.

Tim Hymer worked us into his busy weekend schedule to help us out when our garage door cable came off of the drum, and we were very appreciative. He quickly fixed it and charged a very reasonable amount. He was very honest, no upselling. He said to call him with any other garage door needs. I definitely will! By the way, he is a local independent Tooele business and it’s always good to patronize locally when able. Hymer’s was great to work with.

When promised, as promised, at the price promised. Quality gear, clean installation, left space clean and packaging and the old garage door opener gear removed. Tim made sure to tell me about the features of the new equipment, including using an app on my cellphone to operate the system. Very fast, quality, and no drama. What’s not to like?

I couldn’t recommend this company more for garage door repairs. I called Tim he was over to my house in less than two hours. He fixed my garage door spring in less than an hour and upgraded it from the original equipment all for a reasonable price.

My garage door broke this morning and he was able to come take a look and get it fixed within the same day. He was professional and personal. He was able to fix the problem in less than an hour. His price was much cheaper than the first company I called which was perfect as this was our first home and we had other repairs to tackle. I highly recommend calling him.

Tim is a rockstar! I called around 4pm on a Friday. Told him that the garage door was falling apart. Tim said he had just finished a job and would swing by; he did with his family in the car on their way to dinner for the evening! Anyways, he got the door purring like a kitten in no time all by hand. I also appreciated that I didn’t get a dispatch service when I called Tim. I will definitely be using him in the future if I have any problems with my garage door. Pricing was also very fair. Update: It’s been a year and the garage door has had no problems since Tim worked on it. Thanks Tim!
