From the first interaction, Mark was great to work with. He came out the same day to provide a quote, gave me a coupon and beat everyone else’s prices! The door had to be special ordered and he scheduled a day for installation as soon as it came in. The technician did a great job installing the new door, he was professional and made sure I was happy with it. I highly recommend them!

Buffalo Garage Door Solutions did an estimate for me on May 2nd. The door I chose had to be special ordered. In less than a month the door is delivered and installed. The Door Tech was very professional. He was on time and did the installation very quickly and efficiently. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my new door. It makes a huge difference and looks Fabulous. Today, March 20, 2024 I had 2 of my 50 year old wooden garage doors replaced by BGDS and I am so happy! They look absolutely beautiful ! Two weeks ago a very nice man named Mark came out to give me a very reasonable quote and fit me in with in 2 weeks. I wasn’t home for the installation but my wife said the installer was super nice and the work was done perfectly! They were even able to save the automatic garage opener on my right side and saved me even more money. When I got home and checked over the doors and work I said to myself ” I should have replaced these doors 20 years ago when I bought the house.” Anyway, I’m one very happy customer!! Thank you so much Buffalo Garage Door Solutions for making my day and for making my garage look a 100 times better!

Be careful with this company they overprice their items I had them come out to my house to do a Estimate and change a keypad that cost less than $50 they wanted to charge me a $150 plus $150 to install the keypad please do your research before you have this company come out to your house.

I was scheduled for an appointment. After waiting over 30 minutes I decided to call the office. The receptionist informed me that the door installer was in a meeting and should have called me. She asked if I wanted to reschedule. I immediately declined!! Thanks for having me wait around😩 …

They are not customer service centric. On a positive note, they came out within 24 hours notice to fix my door opener. My frustration with them is that they asked for my credit card to schedule a visits but said it would not be charged. When the repairman came out, he was only there 2 minutes and said there would be no charge – I was obviously happy. Then disappointed when I found they charged me $150 without informing me. I had to call a couple times and they still haven’t said what the guy did do in the future, I can fix instead of paying them $150 for 2 min. They did provide a small refund ($30) on their high charge – they agreed that $150 is too high for 2 min fix. In the end, I was happy to have it fixed but I won’t be calling them again. Don’t like a company that charges you without warning – especially after being told “no charge”. I do not recommend them. BTW – the door and door opener were installed by them 15-16 months ago, granted I guess out of warranty but I was a prior customer of theirs.

Called them for a quote to repair my garage door. They did it without asking me for permission. Sent an invoice later and I sent a check back since they fixed it. However, after two month, a lady named “Mary” keep calling me everyday saying they never received the money. I never met anybody from this company. I am assuming their filed workers are okay, but whoever run the office or operate the company sucks.

From the first call I made to inquire about a new garage door they were very professional and the tech Nick S. that installed the door was also awesome and professional and polite. Highly recommend!! Thank you!!

Called on Wed and was told Mark would come out Friday to give me an estimate on an overhead electric door. I stayed home all day and no one called or stpped by. Very disappointed
