I had some text message exchanges pertaining to a piece of glass I needed replaced we agreed on a price and I was told that he would have to work me into the schedule the following week and at that time I asked him to please let me know as soon as possible because the property was a rental property had no tenants at this time I have heard nothing in 2 days I sent a message yesterday and 18 hours later no response. Guess this guy doesn’t need any more work

Chuck answered on Saturday, told me he was booking for Tuesday. Listened to my issues and was able to describe back to me the type of window I have and what needed to be done to fix my broken window. I got a text at 8am on Monday for an 11am appointment. I am happy to have this fixed earlier than expected. Blake the installer showed up at exactly 11am and fixed my window with no issues. I was charged the amount I was quoted on the phone. Very happy with Chuck,Blake and Multi-Glass. Definitely recommend.

The quote was within the medium range, they did not him-haul about what May or May not be the issue, nor did they try to Dream up additional charges.
