Its hard to find home improvement companies that deliver on commitments. This company is one of those. They have done windows and front doors for us. I hope they are around for many many years to come bc they will be our go to for windows and doors moving forward. Thanks for being a stand up, respectable company.

We have a home that was built in 1981 with the original windows and 3 sliding glass doors that we wanted to replace. We also requested replacement of 3 exterior doors. West coast came out and measured and gave us a quote that was reasonable and fair. They gave us an eight week turnaround for installation and that is exactly what happened!! Their installation team was EXCELLENT and did a Great Job!! So happy with the product and they look great!!

I am so happy we chose this company for our hurricane impact windows. Jordan came and measured every windows as well as 3 sets of sliding glass doors. Gave us a price that was lower than another company we had a quote from. Dave then came and remeasured and placed our order. Two wonderfully polite and efficient men, Wilbur and Leo, did the installation and did a great job of cleaning up. The county inspector was very complimentary about the job they did. Ray another employee came out to do the finishing after the inspection. We highly recommend Dave and his company

The quality of windows they offer, the prices and workmanship are exceptional. I had six windows replaced early this year. The remaining seven windows were just replaced. Jordon was friendly and patient with me as I made a decision on the type of window I wanted. No high pressure! Dave was kind, informative and helpful. Wilber and Leo installed my first set of windows. They were great! I was so impressed I requested them for my last set of windows. They were friendly, professional and experts on installing. When finished they cleaned the areas. The county inspector said he was impressed with the windows and workmanship. I love my new windows! I highly recommend this company!!!

Jordan and Dave are easy to work with and work hard to get the best results for the customer. The installation process for 2 sliding doors was painless with little to no dust and clean up. The inspection was quick and we were able to close out the job soon after. They shared info about a rebate from TECO and instructions. You’ll need stickers that are on your doors. Make sure you give thought to the details of your door opening operation(swing) prior to the contract and that the contact matches. They really went out of their way to make sure we had exactly what we envisioned!

I just wanted to take a minute and say that I’m glad that I chose West Coast Windows for the installation of my new hurricane impact windows. Based upon Google reviews I chose five different companies for a estimate. I was in the area and stopped by West Coast and met with Jordan who explained impact windows and great detail. He also told me about the My Safe Florida program which I was unaware. After getting my estimates from all five companies I decided to go with West Coast who beat out the others hands down. Dave the owner came out and got the measurements and my windows were in about a month. The installers Jim and Sean did a outstanding Job with all eleven windows and my patio door. If you are looking for fair prices and a honest company I would chose West Coast Windows. Its been a week since my install and we are very pleased with our choice in windows. Thanks West Coast as you now have earned a customer for life.

What a Wonderful Experience with a Great Family Owned business for a 2nd time on another home. The first home was about 13 years ago. This experience was just 2 weeks ago. Great Pricing with a High Quality Product …… A very informative no pressure home evaluation visit from Jordan who is the son. A follow up visit and write up review of work TBD before installation from the Father on each window and door. Then Fantastic Custom installation work from dedicated company employees with attention to detail and were not trying to rush through the job. They left our home like they were never here. The county inspector came out and his comment was very impressive. He Said, I just don’t see installations like this. that often. The 1 installer has been with the company for 18 years. Please do yourself a huge favor. Check out all the other BBB reviews, then calls these guys first and you will be extremely pleased. I am a retired custom builder from up north and once again, these guys blew me away…..

Highly recommend West Coast Windows. Great price and well made Windows. Replaced Windows after 31 years. Jordan and Dave made it an easy process. No pressure. Did not have to wait long for the windows. Installation took 2 days. Jim ang Shane did a terrific job. Great attention to details and made every effort to keep areas clean where they were working. Thanks again for a great job!

My window and door replacement with West Coast Windows and Exteriors was one of the easiest and most straightforward home improvement experiences I have ever had. The salesperson, Jordan, could not have been more friendly and professional. He was prompt in returning my calls and explained everything regarding the product and the installation. The installers were very professional and courteous and were experts at their job. They worked all day without a break to complete the job. The owner, Dave, always answered my calls or quickly returned my calls, and kindly answered any questions or concerns I had. Their price was fair and below some other quotes. There were no gimmicks or hidden terms. I am extremely pleased with the windows and door, but most of all with the professionalism and responsiveness of Dave and Jordan. I will not hesitate to recommend this company.

I couldn’t be happier with the products and service from WCW. Everyone I dealt with was responsive, professional and knew what they were doing. The whole experience was a pleasure. Thank you WCW! Update after a few months: Windows are great, but what’s even better is the after-sale customer service. I had a few windows that needed adjusting (normal) and they sent out a fantastic technician who quickly made everything right. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
