This company keeps removing my review because they are uninterested in genuine feedback. Original review: Here is an interesting story about a particular sales person from this company named Josh Nichtern. Josh arrived at our home, which we all share, to provide an estimate to replace 7 windows. We are two males and a female. We are roommates, the female being the owner, and one of the males being the listed and lawful inheritor of the house. Josh promptly announced, upon his arrival, that he needed to speak to the deed holder. We were not informed of this requirement before he arrived. Our roommate has no interest in unannounced visits or meetings and is not shy to tell someone to get the eff out. We told Josh this, and he refused a quote, and we said we would reschedule if she’s interested. He wanted to know how we are related. He asked twice. He was generally a belligerent git who was not helpful in any way, just nosy and arrogant. So he wasn’t here long. The next day, today, the sheriff arrived to do a wellness check on our roommate. Needless to say, the Sheriff left after 5 minutes because what kind of salesman comes to provide an estimate, refuses an estimate, and then, with zero context, knowledge, or information about this home, its occupants, or anything else, decides that they must interfere in people’s lives? What the hell is wrong with you people? Are you sick? He never even met our roommate and decided he needed to send the sheriff to? Based on what exactly? The sheer gall and audacity to disrupt people’s lives when you were invited to give an estimate? Reposted after it was removed — Beware people; if their salesmen decide they wish to meet someone who lives at your property, they will send the police if you don’t want to meet them. It is quite unbelievable. I’m glad our roommate told the Sheriff where to jump. Here is a picture of the self-righteous, repugnant creature this company sent us:

My first time working with Renewal by Andersen of Tampa and I have to say it was excellent! Scheduling the consult was easy – she was very professional and helpful. My consult was with Troy Adams. Troy was professional and very knowledgeable with the product. Troy helped us design what we wanted. He went above and beyond compared to others we had quote on our windows. Look forward to receiving our new windows!

Everyone we dealt with at Anderson was a pleasure to work with, starting with Blake Silver, our design consultant and ending with Oscsr and his installation team. Should we plan on further window or door replacement we will definitely contact Anderson.

I could not be more pleased with the installation of our sliding door by JND Carpentry. I will recommend these installers and your premium product to everyone. The install area was well protected, dust minimized, and all debris cleaned up and removed. Jason DeMers, an expert, master craftsman, and his assistant showed me through the following: attention to detail, polite, engaging, and caring mindfulness to perform optimum craftsmanship toward their goal. The JND Carpentry went above and beyond on my installation. Our sliding glass door looks amazing and opens up the view. And I feel peace of mind knowing I am protected during high winds etc. The quality of their workmanship is excellent. They got it right the first time.

Dennis was Very prompt, informative and easy to work with. Showed us many options. The office kept in touch with us keeping us informed the status of our order. The installers were polite and worked hard on our project. The doors look as if they were original to the house. Very pleased with Andersen and would not hesitate to recommend to the friends and family. We will definitely use them again.
