When I needed a combination of impact windows and hurricane shutters I hired BMC as a result of their excellent reviews. And, boy, were their reviews accurate! After the city approved the permit, BMC, who had a full workload at the time, still managed to immediately fit me into their schedule. Carlos and his crew were prompt, highly skilled and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. They completed the job with great precision and speed. I highly recommend BMC to anyone that needs hurricane shutters and/or windows!

I can highly recommend BMC Hurricane Protection. Carlos was very patient with me as I made several change to the type of windows I wanted. Once I had made my final changes Carlos met with me, told me approximately when they would be installed, what he would do, what I would do (painting was my responsibility), and at what cost. What better complement can you give a contractor than to say, BMC-did what they said they would do-when they said they would do it-at the price we agreed on. BMC’s craftsmen installed 10 windows in one very long day for them. After the city’s final another craftsman came out to do touch up work and install screw covers left off for the inspector. The Mr Glass windows look great and operate great. I cannot be more pleased with this company and their handling oh my project.

Great company with an excellent customer service. Juan at the office always very pleasant to talk with. Carlos, the owner, always answer my questions. Installation was on time without any issue.
