Bob installed these pictured upstairs windows in a 2-story living room so we have never opened it. I had to crawl out of an upstairs bedroom window and walk on to of a covered patio awning to access it and try to close it once i discovered the gap on top, but discovered he had installed it at an angle and it’s unable to be closed. I sent these same photos to Bob and he began blowing me off and said “I’ll fit you in when i can.” I had to use a different phone and he picked right up after ignoring my calls from the first phone i used to text him. This guy is unprofessional and dismissive and rude. Good luck using him and if you get the same shoddy job, he’ll treat you the same.

The seals broke on two three-foot double-pane windows in our home, and we had zero interest in buying a new window. What maniac would do that? Bob at All Right Glass came highly recommended, and we’d recommend him, too! Bob was not only punctual and polite but also incredibly efficient. He had both windows out, repaired, and reinstalled in a mere 30 minutes—and with impeccable craftsmanship. We had a similar job done by another company six months ago, and the difference was stark. It was like comparing a master craftsman to an amateur. Bob’s work was flawless, requiring no after-job touch-up. So, if you aren’t a maniac who buys new windows simply because a seal is broken (or you have infinite money), call Bob, and he’ll get you squared away in no time!

My daughter had All Glass come out to replace 2 of her car windows and they only replaced 1 window and they said that the window would be installed on Monday and they never called or came to replace the other window. They really need a training class on communication.

Bob was amazing! He and his associate replaced 3 window glass panes in about half an hour. Keep in mind, one of the windows had to be worked on from the outside with a ladder and they still finished very quickly. To put the cherry on top- I paid half the price that a different company had quoted me for!

Great Place Great Guy to deal with .will use again for sure …Had him cut mirror for my 67 g20 van side mirrors .

Bob is the man with a plan. He’s your guy. Price, timing, knowledge, professionalism. I contacted many different companies who couldn’t help me because my window is discontinued. 10/10 would recommend to my own family. He fixed my window faster and cheaper than anyone could. This guy knows his glass!

Bob was highly recommended from a large home improvement retail chain. Bob is very professional, honest, reasonable and does good work. Our window was broken when the storm blew our 2-Person Sling Outdoor Swing backwards into the window. Bob came by, measured the window, ordered it and installed it without any issues. Great service!

Bob was awesome, got us out of a pinch in a hurry on two broken windows. BTW, He is open for business but mostly mobile out in the field so give him a call, great customer service!
