I don’t know the particulars of those early reviews however I can give you a review of our experience with Frontier Siding and Windows. Jason was very responsive to our inquiry about getting new doors. We called him and he came out the next day. Did measurements went over the different types of doors , and two days later, we met at his office and Stillwater and looked at the actual doors and placed an order for a front door and back door. They arrived in about three weeks as he said it would take that long to get them from the factory, they were expertly installed and functioning properly. We bought the doors with the extra seal on them because we were having problems of getting drafts during windy conditions which on our property is most of the time I would highly recommend the company is a whole Jason if you are interested in siding, windows or doors, they are quality products.

Did siding and widows and needed some items repair and needed estimates for another building, doesn’t return calls even went in person…..and still no call. Spent a lot of money with the them only to be ignored. Bad business

I signed a contract and paid for half back in December and was told the job would start at the beginning of the year. After calling multiple times over the course of 4 or so months, someone finally showed up to do the work sometime in April. I realize the construction industry is struggling with supply chains and labor shortages, but there was just no communication. Then, the guy who showed up said it would take 4 days to do the job. For some reason he was sent without a crew, and it took him 4 weeks instead. Throughout the process he would pack up all the supplies and his trailer and leave, but then come back a few days later to keep working. Then one day he packed up and left and I got a bill in the mail. The job was obviously unfinished, but he called it good enough. I had to call repeatedly over the next several months to get someone out to look at the incomplete job, work would be done, but it would still be left incomplete. The guy came out to finish the job today, admitting that the spot he was fixing had looked like trash and he should have done better, but he was resistant to the idea that he should walk me around the property to inspect his work–if he had done that in May he would have seen all of the issues right away. Hopefully it is actually done now, but it’s been a frustrating, drawn out process. They need better communication and customer service, and the jobs should be inspected so there is assurance it got done the first time.

I have a mobile home that I want to replace the windows and a representative went out and measured to give me a quote. That was 2 wks ago and I never heard from him. I called and talked to his office person twice and each time she told me he would call me back but never did. O also sent him an email with no response.

Made an appoint to have an estimate done for windows, new siding on our almost 3000 sq. foot home, and new doors for our home. Jason came out and talked to my husband. He was here for over an hour getting measurements of all of our windows, our doors, and even provided my husband with siding books so we could determine what we wanted to get ordered. We were told we would get an estimate in a few days. Never got it. My husband contacted him twice and even emailed him to ensure he had the correct email address to send the estimate to, but still have not received it over 2 months later.

Had somebody ( Jason) come to the house for an estimate but never got one, Called twice and I was told I get a call back from Jason. That’s been a month ago and never got a call back or an estimate. Talking about a job in the $8,000. I guess the job was not worth an estimate

Never provided estimate. He came to my house, spent an hour looking at siding needs, talking, etc. A month later I called to attempt to get an estimate, he said he would work on it over the weekend. That was three months ago. How does he expect to get business if he won’t even give an estimate (not to mention the lack of honesty and integrity revealed by never following up)? Would have been a job with several thousand dollars. Not recommended.

No different than the other reviews; came to the house promptly; Jason was great and explained everything very thoroughly. He said he would email me the quote and I never received it. I called two weeks later and they said he would call me back, I called two weeks later and the same response. I ended up spending $12,000 elsewhere?

Frontier glass was prompt in meeting with me at my home, getting measurements of the windows to be replaced. That was the last I heard of them, despite numerous calls to them. Jason was who I worked with, which I was never transferred to, nor could get ahold of. I would not recommend them, look elsewhere.
