My experience with Renewal by Andersen so far has been exceptional. I had my consultation with Keith B. Luke, who was very professional and knowledgeable, and helped pick out the right type of windows. Then I met with Martin Thierry, the installation project manager, who knew so much about the install and also spent the necessary time to make sure he had every little detail. I’m looking forward to the install date of the new windows, doors and storm doors!

I have a very good experience with Renewal By Anderson. My sales rep, Ava was not pushy, answered all my questions and worked with me to look at financing options. The installation gentlemen were great too. They explained the process, showed me the first window fullly installed, were aware of our privacy/ space needs, and did a great job cleaning up each of the two days they were on site. And finally walked me through the functionality of the windows and doors I had installed. The patio and basement door have these really neat triple locks, two of which are enacted by pulling up on the handle. The windows and doors are beautiful, very sound proof and so easy to use. I am very happy!

The sales representatives sent for our consultation were friendly and knowledgeable and detailed a quality product line. We have Anderson windows and doors throughout our 30 year old home and have been very happy with their longevity! We settled on a sliding patio door for this purchase after a painless order change. (We had originally wanted a French door, but after ordering determined that it would have been too large for our space). Our service rep. was very helpful with this change. The measurement appointment went well. Courteous, thorough personnel. We did experience a disappointment when our original installation date resulted in a last minute (day of) notification that our door was back ordered and would be an additional 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. The day of installation the crew was courteous, respectful of my property and very good at what they do! The door is a beautiful product, cleanup was thorough! We are disappointed however, in that the opening of this door is narrower than we were anticipating. The passage is only 21” wide, where our previous door was 24”. We were anticipating the same 24” width of passage space if not an inch or two wider! We are seeking resolution to this issue. The door as is is not acceptable for the investment we are making. Our representative is assisting in the follow up of this process. We look forward to working with customer service to resolve this.

All representatives were delightful. Very courteous. On time for appointments. Notified you before they arrived. Great to deal with. The installation was great. Clean up excellent. I would recommend to anyone.

The installers, Michael and Brad were extremely professional and courteous. The installation went very smoothly and I am extremely happy with my new windows and new french doors. I will be using them again in the future for a renovation project. Very pleased

This is my second time for installation by Anderson and both experiences are of outstanding workmanship. The install crew was on-time, courteous and professional.Upon completion they went reviewed what had been completed to make sure I understood and was satisfied. Needless to say I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this company.

My wife and I bought a 1950’s home in 2014 and have been renovating since. This year we decided it was time to update windows and doors. We are so glad we chose Renewal by Andersen. Between our Sales Rep Kevin Gorman, their easy payment options, the fit and function of their windows and doors and their amazing installation crew we could not be happier. Rooms that we never used because of the crappy old windows are now our favorite place to be.
