Recently replaced our windows and siding with The Window Source and couldn’t be happier with the process and results. Phil, the owner, was fantastic to work with- no high-pressure sales pitch, just straight forward pricing and information. We bought 35 windows and the price was better than any company that we talked to in the area. Installation was incredibly fast- 2 days for windows and 2 days for siding. Our house is not small and the siding was all on the second story with lots of corners and small areas, so the 2 day install was truly impressive. The crews were professional and friendly, with every bit of mess cleaned up. Our home now looks beautiful and modern, and we are so happy with the results. Highly recommend Window source for windows and siding!

Window Source installed a new patio sliding glass door for us in April 2000. About 1 month ago, we woke up to find the outer pane of one side of the door shattered. There had been a bad storm overnight and something had apparently hit our door breaking it. I called Window Source and they ordered us a replacement panel, which they installed for FREE today under their Lifetime Warranty. It’s one thing for a company to give a Lifetime Warranty, but it’s another thing for them to actually honor it! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Window Source for your window and door needs. I won’t use anyone else.

Phil was very responsive and helpful. We had almost all of our windows and both sliding glass doors replaced. The installation went smoothly. I would highly recommend their services.

We Love our new windows, they look great, and will for sure lower our utility bill. I would recommend them to anyone who needs new windows. They did a great job installing them and cleaned up the mess from the install. The price for the windows was very reasonable.

We recently had our windows replaced by The Window Source. We modernized with sliding windows on the front of the house and the rest were standard double pane windows. It really updated the look of our home. We found one window had cracked this winter but only a single call was needed and their warranty took care of replacing it quickly and no charge. You can’t beat a warranty that is 100% replacement and so quickly completed! Our neighbors have asked who did our windows and we are happy to share with them The Window Source and Phil. Thanks again Phil!

I’ve waited to write a review until after the first major cold weather of the winter, and I have found the windows to be well designed and functional. All employees have been professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They were the lowest bid for my project and turn around time was relatively quick. I highly recommend Window Source of Springfield.

Super easy to work with in every possible way, even with my crazy schedule. The installers were faster than I imagined possible, did a great job, and cleaned everything up. It’s nice to find a company that surpasses your expectations, in this day and age. I can’t yet speak for the longevity of their product, but the look, fit, and function is great. Highly recommended.
