Weather-barr had the best price on Marvin windows. Chase was very patient with the multiple changes to our order. The windows arrived in the timeframe they estimated. Sometimes, I had trouble getting ahold of the office but everywhere in construction is busy right now. Chase came out when we thought there was an issue with the window. The trim just needed snapped back into place and he took care of it. The windows look great!

They have excellent products and customer service. The customer service is the best. They aim to please the customer and will work very hard to do so. I have had seals of three panes fail, out of many, over about 9 years, and replacement was prompt enough, with no arguments. The installers were skilled and fast.

Yikes! There is ICE on the inside bottom edge of all on my “insulated” windows! This means that the window is not working as advertised.

Our home is 5 years old. Weather-Barr was the source our builder used. About one year ago, one window failed. We contacted Weather-Barr and a few weeks later an installer came out to replace the faulty window, but the replacement window was the wrong size. We were told they would re-order and get back out to make the repair. That’s been months and months ago and we have never heard back from them. Now, it appears a couple more of our windows are beginning to fail. We are very disappointed with this company.

We have been in our new home for over 2 months. One window is broken and some do not function property. We were told this would be resolved months ago. We paid for windows for our entire home and still have yet to receive our screens. The only thing we get is excuses. Do not buy windows from this company!

Still waiting on my windows. I hope Chase is still on the case. Don’t feel like calling all the time because it is exhausting. Been 2 months since the last batch was allegedly ordered.

I have reached out on multiple occasions for them to finish installing our windows. We moved in July of 20. They haven’t been out here to finish a job they started two years ago. They keep saying they will, but they never do. Wouldn’t use them again.
