We love our Pella windows recently installed in May 2024. We’ve noticed that the house stays much cooler with this excessive heat, saving use of the air conditioning. The wood finish is beautiful and adds great value to our home. We especially love our new patio sliding door, such smooth operation and the retractable screen is amazing . George Dinges at the store was fantastic. Very helpful, he explained all the different options, very accessible and thorough. The installation crew was professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Pella!

I originally thought they were great but after living in my new house I see how terrible the finish is. The paint is terrible on every door. Got screens in and they are marked up. Maybe the construction is good but wow finish sucks.

Have never had a worse home improvement experience then with Bella. Destroyed window and j frames around my house destroyed siding. Never replaced. Worst labor installers in the world not able to fix. Please don’t use them and go with Anderson windows.

Very pleased with the quality and service we got from Pella. Adrian Herandez worked great to help educate us on the best product to match our 1927 craftsman for our new addition. The custom windows took awhile to get, but worth the wait!
