Jim, a Door Specialties technician, arrived the same day I placed my service request to replace a broken torsion spring. As well as being professional, I could tell from the start he was very knowledgeable about his work. He provided very efficient service while simultaneously being very friendly to chat with. I’m grateful for the expertise and excellent service Jim provided. Being $50 cheaper than an estimate I had received from another company was an added bonus. I had a great experience and positively recommend Door Specialties, Inc.

The door was installed properly and works fine. My only real complaint is that I ordered the door in November and I didn’t get it installed until February. I also didn’t get a single update from them telling me it was delayed and I had to call multiple times just to get somebody to tell me what was going on.

This company employs seasoned, knowledgeable, and professional technicians who know what they’re doing. They accurately diagnosed the problem with my door opener and gave me honest opinions as to my choices (repair or replace). I chose replacement; and these guys had the entire job done within two hours. Super courteous, efficient, and capable. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best people for any garage door purchase. Had door torsion tube break on Saturday. Cindy answered emergency line was able to get door closed. Monday morning she had a Tech to my house by 8:15am. Did not have part for Torsion Tube installed new system that was better for same price. Danny the technician is top shelf. Thank you for a great experience.

Molly Crow and her company do the best they can for their customers, even as busy as they are! I am a repeat customer, because they did perfect work on my other garage door several years ago. This business is where their customers send their friends

Found out today this company installed our garage door incorrectly. After 3 years the rollers coming off track because they didn’t install enough brackets etc. If you use this company be prepared to have issues in the future.

Reasonable prices great attitude great personality works with the customer as well on everything. I recommend them highly I will never ever use another door company for anything they’re the best out there locally
