I couldn’t rave about this company enough. Spoke to the owner of the company when I first called, and he was so knowledgeable and so nice. He wasn’t rushed at all in explaining things to me. His son, Tyler, came out to the house to evaluate our garage issue, and just like his Dad, he had the best customer service. He knew exactly what to do and saved us so much money. We have been dealing with broken springs for a year and manually lifting our heavy garage door on our own. We had a couple different companies come out initially, but they said we had to purchase a new door or they wanted to charge us a ton of money for the springs. Dependable Doors charged us a third of what we had been quoted by everyone else. They also made us feel very comfortable about doing the repairs rather than having to pay for a brand new garage door. Initially, we thought we may have to replace the cables as well as the springs, but when Tyler came back to do the repairs he cleaned the cables and said they were perfectly fine, saving us even more money. I don’t leave reviews often, but this company absolutely deserves a five star review! Call them for any/all of your garage door needs!

Experts, honest, reasonably priced! The owner came on a Sunday and fixed my 26 year old bent broken garage door. It works better than it did before I hit it with my car. He saved me the expense of a new door! Highly recommend!

Tyler arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He listened to me, addressed my concerns, and found the problems. Repairs were completed within an hour, and he reprogrammed the remotes and keypad, plus a maintenance check of the overall system. I found his prices fair and worth it.
