Sitting in the house heard a big bang in the garage. Looking around noticed the garage door spring had broken. Called and spoke with Terry. He had a guy out the next day and we are back in business. Efficient and professional people. Thank you!

I found this company by chance on a recommendations page on Facebook. After we received an obscene quote from another company to fix things that were not broken, instead of addressing the actual problem, I decided to call Beech’s Overhead Door for a second opinion. What a difference! How refreshing it is to do business with honest people, who do not try to take advantage or upsell you because of the area you live in. Mitch came by and fixed the problem, which contrary to what the other company said, was very minor, and in 20 minutes, my garage door sensor was fixed and working again at a very reasonable price. We will call this company again for any garage door issues we may have, as well as for periodical maintenance. Two thumbs up!

Terry is rude and complained while fixing our garage door. He talked to me like i was stupid and was angry about my questions. No excuse to treat customers that way especially when he was complaining about the garage door openers his company installed.

These are the kind of people I want to do business with. Clear, accurate and competitive pricing. Made a deal with them. Showed up when they were supposed to and installed the new 84505R Liftmaster. Brian was a great installer. Had a great time talking to him. If you need a garage door opener. give these folks a shot.

I called them years ago for a repair and had excellent service. Another issue came up just last week and they took care of it quickly. The service technician arrived when scheduled and got the work done.

My door came off track and was stuck 1/2 closed. I called and Brian came out the next day. I thought it was an expensive disaster, but Brian had me all fixed up in no time and the Bill was less than I expected. I highly recommend Beech’s!

Have lined in Southlake 20 years and this is my second experience with Beech Overhead. Top notch service at a reasonable price. Neither of our doors were working and they came in and made all the adjustments and got both working perfectly in half and hour. They are on my speed dial.
