We had a great experience with our bathroom remodel, but our gutter system has had problems and waiting for them to be resolved. I would not recommend the gutter guard system. I called 2 days ago and still waiting for a response to resolve the issue.

Mike A. arrived this morning promptly as scheduled for a shower install. For what was scheduled to be a two-day project, he completed it in one day. The new shower looks great!! Mike was friendly and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend him for your next home project.

We could not have been happier with our new walk-in shower! From Teddy ,our initial consultant to Nick P, our installer that did just a fantastic job (finishing 1 day earlier than the 3 expected). Nick was really skilled, was helpful in some suggestions with our install details and overcame a couple construction issues that just came out beautifully. We only had one little snag (that was actually our fault) and Amy Kaiser, the operations manager, took care of this completely to our satisfaction. Thank you so much to the entire Bee Window Team! They wont tell you this on the phone but they have a minimum job requirement of $5000. If you need window repair and/or just a couple windows replaced dont even waste your time with these guys. Thanks Brent, worst sales rep ever

Bee Windows installed all new windows and there was an issue with a garden window install. The Formica is brittle and apparently cannot be installed properly. I was told by the service tech it just needed caulk around his poor cut job. For what I paid it is not acceptable at all. The manager of the installation department came out. They are replacing the window.

Follow up to my previous review.. it is now 7 months, yes 7 and job still not complete. Have been waiting for almost 2 months for a screen door. Yep, just screen door. Was told 3 weeks ago it would be installed last week of March. Nope, not a word. Mind you, we paid for the doors this end of August. Ridiculous. Don’t buy from Bee Window.

I have never been so happy with a project. Matt Lang and his helper Tyler came out to install these new windows. They were prompt and professional during the entire experience. Matt went out of his way to explain things to me that I didn’t even ask about but knew would be a question in the future. They were quick and clean. I love my new windows. I’m happy about the entire experience. Now, if Spring would come so I can keep them open.
