We had a great experience with CWD. I received quotations from over 5 different window companies over the course of a year, and Jodi was the only salesperson who would sit down and NOT insist on my husband also being there. Jodi was very efficient at taking quick measurements and providing me a quotation and extremely communicative with me and promptly answered all questions I had. The quotation from CWD was the best in price but also the best value for the price I was paying to replace over 50 windows. Lucas was our install foreman. Lucas was very respectful of our home and the mess we have from kids. He and his team were extremely tidy— no trash or parts or pieces left anywhere on our property after the two day install. We had a rain out day and the team still came out on a Saturday and then a Sunday to get the job completed in a timely manner. The windows themselves are exactly what we were looking for. Vinyl with low E glass, with anodized aluminum trim that was capped over our wood trim (some of which was rotting). There was some smell during the two days of install from the caulking, but open windows or air purifiers running got the smell out quickly. The windows open easily and we also received flex screens (not shown in photos). I cannot emphasize enough how great it was working with this team. They are patient and respectful of your time and of your home. We highly recommend them!

Very pleased with my 3 new windows . Jody’s crew were prompt arriving to my house . They were polite , clean , efficient and professional . The price was reasonable and I would use again in the future .

After getting 7 different quotes, Chattahoochee stood out from the beginning. Not overpriced. No high-pressure sales tactics. Attentive through the ordering process to make sure we got everything we were looking for. And made sure we were 100% satisfied after install.

Really impressed with Chattahoochee Windows and the entire team. Jody and his installers were excellent from start to finish. Jody game an honest and trustworthy quote. After receiving quotes from other companies in the area, Chattahoochee Windows had the best options with the fairest price, as well as the BEST turnaround time for installation. The team of installers were prompt, orderly and professional. I highly recommend this company!

I inadvertently broke the frame on one of my windows. I am grateful to the owner for coming out and repairing the window in such a timely professional manner. They were easy to work with on the original install too! This company has the high values I look for in a business and I recommend them for anyone looking for windows and/or doors.

After talking with several window companies we decided to choose this one. Jody was very knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. He was transparent in pricing and offered us the best quote and an excellent quality window. He did not try to upsell us or pressure us into signing a contract. Throughout the entire process he remained super responsive. The windows are beautiful and were installed within the time frame discussed. Manuel and Camillo did an exceptional job with the install. They were very professional, organized, and respectful of property. They did such an amazing job. We are beyond pleased with our new windows for our home.

Our new window is exactly what we hoped for! We went from three operable windows, with worn out seals and damaged surrounding casework/drywall, to a beautiful, single, inoperable picture window that we can’t wait to display a Christmas tree in front of for the holidays! Chattahoochee did an amazing job with the installation. It was fast, efficient, and communication was consistent throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend them, and will be using them in the future for any other window replacements.

From start to finish, such a great experience. I needed new french doors in my kitchen that lead to the back deck that were a custom size. Had several companies come out to give estimates, Chattahoochee Windows and Doors by far had the most reasonable price and was able to have it installed in less than 4-weeks. Other companies said it could take several months before they could get it in stock and have delivered. Jody did a great job explaining my options, the installation came came out to take second measurements and 3-weeks later I had new doors installed. Highly recommend!

We’ve used Chattahoochee Windows for both the main house windows last year and to replace 2 windows in our garage that broke. Both time services have been done professionally and in a timely manner. The quality and price are great as well as the warranty offered!
