Excellent customer service and quality work. The owners worked hard to get our windows in before my impending due date for our twins. They were careful to wear masks whenever they interacted with us. Even more, our windows look fantastic! We could not be happier with their service and would gladly recommend them to our friends and colleagues.

When we bought our new house, we knew that the first thing we had to have done was to replace the windows. We were worried about the expense and the process, but after that first phone call with Terressa I was put a little more at ease. They did everything in a timely manner, from the walk through, to the quote, to ordering the windows and the windows even came in a week earlier than expected. Working with Robert and Terressa was stress free and every single window looks amazing. I love all of the windows but I really love the rainfall design of the bathroom windows. Thank you for making this process so easy and the prices were so much better than expected!

They were honest and the best price. I shopped 5 different window companies and am completely satisfied. The installation took shorter time than quoted. The installers were friendly and did not leave a mess. I liked that each window was completely replaced before moving on to the next one.

I highly recommend Custom Window Company for your window needs! We had 30 year old, single pane windows replace with double pane insulated vinyl frame windows and I could tell the difference in the temperature in the house immediately. Robert, Theresa, and Bobby were honest, friendly, and did excellent work. In fact, this is the first time in 40 years of having contractors to do remodeling, etc. to our home, that I did not have a complaint. Thanks, Robert, Theresa, and Bobby for a great job!!!
