I’ve used Goodwin Garage Door LLC twice now. Once was about 2 years ago when I (thankfully) noticed that a spring was going bad on my garage door. They were able to come out and install new ones on both sides. They recommended installing new ones on both due to overall age. I agreed. Additionally I had them out yesterday to do a tune up as the garage door on our new house wasn’t always closing. They were able to tune it up in under an hour.

Service itself was good but the pricing for parts and labor were predatory. Was partially my fault because I trusted them to be fair and reasonable and didn’t ask upfront for a quote. Fair and reasonable in reality is somewhat less than $300 not $471.88. I called to express my disappointment and suggested a significant refund would be appropriate but was told no!

They were great in working us in. We had called another place and we’re told no time for us. Called Goodwin and no problem even though they were very busy. They fixed our flat and we were on our way. Great customer service

Great service. The service man, Sam, worked on my garage doors today. He did a full inspection, replaced the missing parts, and gave the door assemblies a spring tune up. Sam was quick, efficient and he cleaned up after the work was complete. I will use Goodwin Garage Door again! Thank you
