I am delighted to leave a review! I called a short while ago and Joe Baxter showed up less that two hours later to repair my garage door! It was a simple repair and so he only charged me half the service fee (or $52.50). I am grateful not to go into a Fourth of July wkend with my vehicles locked in my garage! Thank you Joe Baxter and Garage Door Service!

I wish I could give more than five stars , the best people I ever found in Searcy Arkansas. Very professional, cooperative, punctual, honest, price friendly and very decent. I messed up my garage door by fixing by myself with the help of google, hurt my hand. I went to them and he told me that service charges will be $105 , and if they don’t change or replace any parts it will be only $105. I thought it would be way too much and parts will be told to be replaced, I was not even home when Joe Baxter came to fix, within 20 minutes I received the bill through text message and it was only $105. That’s the key of their success and I wish them more success in future, I will recommend everybody for their garage door related problems. They are the best .

We got a beautiful new door-they were right on time with their appointment! They repaired the old door so it would work until the new door came in.

Wonderful all the way around!! When the technicians came to check what was wrong they were professional and precise. Very respectful to me. Then when they returned to install a totally new system ( except the door itself), it was the same thing. Could not have been nicer or more professional. Did not leave one bit of trash and of course door works perfectly!! Thank you guys so much. Nancy O’Brien

Got up this morning and couldn’t get out of our garage. I called right away and in no time at all a crew arrived and installed new spring. (the old one had broken the afternoon before and made a horrific noise which we could never discover the source of the noise). Also, this same company sells and services gas logs. One cold morning we woke up to cold air blowing from our furnace. H/A people came right away but had to order a part which took a couple of days. We hadn’t been able to get our gas logs to work since moving into our house in the Spring. I heard that GDS also sells and services gas logs. I called them and a crew came out right away and we had a fire going in no time at all.

There are no words for how grateful I am. I bought garage openers for my two garage doors thinking I would give it a shot at putting them up. The system is way more complicated than I knew. So I went to GDS to see if I could have them put them up for me. The gentleman at GDS said that he would someone come out the next day. Joe and Billy showed up just like they said they would and knew right away that I needed extensions for my 8ft doors and was very explicit on what I need to go and get. They went ahead and scheduled me for my next day off and showed up again promptly when they said they would. Joe and Billy were two of the nicest gentlemen I could have asked for to come and take down my old garage openers and put up my new ones. They programmed all the remotes and keypad.They also went ahead and serviced my garage doors while they were here. It did not take them long at all and they cleaned up everything before they left. I just wanted to leave this review and say thank you for all the help and wonderful service!
