I had several windows installed two years ago by Armortech. Armortech did a great job. One pane recently clouded up. Armortech immediately ordered a replacement -no questions asked -and 4 weeks later the window was replaced. I highly recommend this company.

We got quotes from 3 different vendors before selecting Armortech for our hurricane window installation. I normally never choose the lowest cost vendor on a large project like this because quality matters but Armortech convinced me they were the right choice every step of the way. Our sales person Walt was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, patient. He quoted our windows out through three different manufacturers and then recommended one based upon the best combination of price and quality. I met with Walt probably 4 or 5 times before signing and each time he answered all my questions and provided excellent guidance which helped us solidify our choice. We liked the other two vendors we interviewed however neither of them had Walt’s follow up, nor did they quote multiple manufacturers to find the best option, and both were higher in cost. The installation went very smoothly and took less than a week as promised. We did had one large window develop a stress crack a few days after install. I called their operations manager Rick and he was at my house within hours to check it out, re-measure and order a replacement. Service (especially in Florida) doesn’t get any better than that! We had a couple of different groups of techs in our house through the initial install and with the glass replacement which just finished and every one of them was friendly, polite and professional. We have done many home projects since moving to Florida in 2020 and we have had varying levels of success with different vendors. Armortech ranks up there with the very best and we recommend them wholeheartedly. We won’t hesitate to use them again if we move to a new home that needs windows.

The whole team was great to work with, Walt in sales, Michelle in the office, front door installed in a day by Austin L, Brett D and Sunny, it is beautiful. We would definitely have the team do any work for us in the future.

Good afternoon. I need to express my sincere appreciation for my install and replacement TEAM @ Sarasota location. From start to finish Steve, Matt and Jacob were top notch and removed my window Anxiety 🙂 They were not only punctual, curious clean ect. they were so gentle and understanding of my new rescue pup !! Even brought treats 🙂 I was able to work in my home office the first day with my pup in my office with no problem. I left wit my pup the second day of install and felt trusting and calm. I rarely write reviews , however this team was spot on . Looking forward to Alan coming out for service calls on a few items . Michelle and Rick were very chill and nice. I highly recommend this install team !Many thanks !
