I had an issue with the upper glass in a standard sized window. Contacted Cody and was referred to Helen in service. New glass and bead was ordered and ultimately installed by Jeremiah and his partner. Both did a great job and i was very pleased with their service and skill. Highly recommend this company as they will see the job through and will take care of all your window and glass issues! Continue to march!

Horrible customer service. I was referred to this company by Gauzy glass for them to install a higher-end residential smart glass for (2) front pivot doors. Reached out originally on March 11, no call back, I had to follow up 2xs for someone to call me back. Still waiting for a quote….its now April 11, a month later and still no response and no quote…..this organization must be so busy they don’t need to respond to potential new customers. I have never seen anything like this. JOE the salesperson never responds (sent 2 emails and 2 texts……nothing) We are not talking about a $5k door—so again amazed they can’t respond to a potential $40k job. Just wanted others to know how this company is run. Cheers

Very happy with All Glass Windows, Sarasota who replaced our PGT sliding glass door panels. It started with Helen in the office being responsive and easy to communicate with, then the order came in as expected, and finally the crew led by Brian got the job done. They preserved in spite of some panels that were difficult to remove, and the new ones did not want to cooperate going in either, but they got them in, cleaned them up, and left with everything working fine.

I recently worked with All Glass to have PGT window glass panes replaced (popped seals). The crew led by Kassidy were excellent. Communicated well, polite, experienced, professional, strong attention to detail. They took their time to do the job right instead of hurrying through. Office staff went above and beyond to match 7 year old window grids no longer offered. Great work!

We accomplished a whole house window replacement with AllGlass in Sarasota and the experience could not have been easier. The windows were perfectly measured and ordered, so the installation was without problem. A year later, when small issues developed, the customer service team was on it and their top-quality service people arrived to set things straight. I could not recommend AllGlass more highly. Easily five stars!
