Highly recommend! 10/10! The new windows in my house, LOOK BEAUTIFUL! You can instantly notice a difference in the house! Feels cooler, especially since it’s been so hot recently. The customer service was amazing, they went out of their way to answer all of my questions. They even worked with me on the price. If you’re on the market for new windows, please don’t hesitate to reach out to them!

Mike and his crew kept me up to date on the status of my windows during the manufacturing phase.. Once they were in, the installation was quick and painless. They were efficient and cleaned up very well after the job was done. I would highly recommend window source to anyone looking to replace some of their windows. A little side note, opt for the triple pane blue glass. It is not very much more expensive and look so much better.

Update:Please take note of my review date, still no action or response from company. I see that your company took the time to respond and dispute Annisa’s recent review. I wonder why the company didn’t take a minute to respond and try disputing my review details. I bought all new windows for my house from this company in 2021. Good communication, updates and accepting my payment during the initial process but now when requesting warranty service for 1 window, I am receiving the below treatment. 10/10/22- I spoke to Stephanie and asked about the company’s warranty process to fix one of my windows. She informed me that Joseph (operations manager) was out of the country, gave me his cell # and told me to text him in a couple of days with the details of my situation. 10/12/22- I texted Joseph with my details along with a picture of my window but got no response. 11/07/2022- Spoke to Stephanie in the morning asking for a confirmation/status of my request, she informed me that she had previously emailed Joseph with my details. She said she would call me back later that day after checking with Joseph. (Didn’t hear back that day) 11/08/22- Spoke to Anthony, informed him of my conversation with Stephanie the day before, I asked him for a confirmation/status of my warranty request but he said only Joseph would have that info but was unavailable. About 10 mins later Joseph texted me asking me for the details of my situation. (1st and only time Joseph has communicated with me) 12/20/22- I texted Joseph asking for an staus update (no response) so I emailed the owner Moses Torres with my concerns (no response) 01/02/23- I emailed the owner again, he emailed me that he would be back in the office the next day and would be calling me. 01/03/23- No phone call from Moses, the owner of the company. I now understand why the employees handle customer service the way they do. I followed the company process to resolve my matter given to me by Stephanie in my initial call. I have been professional/respectful when speaking to the employees mentioned above on the phone, took the holidays into consideration as a reason for delay. About 3 months now, it’s inexcusable that as of this date nobody has been able to simply confirm if a replacement window has even been ordered for me. The above is how they treat a customer who used their hard earned money to make a good faith purchase from them!!
