My windows were installed on 10 Apr 24. At the time of installation, my kitchen window was cracked. The installation manager Garrett Jackson submitted an order for replacement the same day. As of 8 Jul 24, the replacement window has not come off the production line; however, the company has been paid in full. I am being told materiel shortages exist at the plant which is the cause for the delay. Since the company has been paid in full, I would have expected my window to be the next one coming off the production line. Mr. Jackson’s voice mail box is full, so I am unable to contact him. The service agent is unwilling to contact the factory for any updated status. I wish I had gone with another window manufacturer.
