I would definitely recommend Ahmed Elmenawy. He showed up at 2pm with 107 degrees scorching temp. ( I am so sorry for this guy). Despite everything Ahmed finished his job. He phenomenal, he was able to do his job very diligently. He is very skillful, knowledgeable and kind. I would strongly recommend this guy because I can give him his full trust and he is very honest.

I had my garage door stop working on the 4th of July. I scheduled for the next day and Patrick Leahy called before showing and arrived as stated. Patrick was very friendly and informative on what the issues were. He corrected the situation promptly and showed me the issues as he replaced the parts. Very educational and I felt very engaged with whole process. Again Patrick was very friendly and gave Great customer service.

Antonio was great. Our appointment window was 2:30-6:30 and he texted at 1:30 that he would arrive at 2. When he arrived he got right to work and was able to figure out what was needed. Unfortunately there was more repairs than we expected so he gave us options and was not pushy about what we chose. Antonio was very respectful. When we decided to do all the repairs he was gracious and confirmed we were really okay with the decision. He got right to work and kept us updated on the progress. We felt bad as it was 101 outside but we gave him ice water and he worked hard. Took about 2 hours. Hopefully we are done with repairs on the garage door for a while. Thank you Antonio
