Called to order a custom windoe for one of my rentals. The employee who helped me was excellent and had a quote over to me in short order. I had to change my size before I came to pay and it ended up being a dollar more. Way less than I anticipated. I’m currently waiting 3 weeks for my custom order and that’s a pretty quick turn around in my opinion. Everyone has been super polite and helpful. Definitely will call them first next time I need windows.

When Roseburg glass put my window in, I was so happy with the work and the installer. Two years later, when the window developed moisture inside the panes, I asked the company about the warrantee on the window. ” We don’t have a warrantee on the vendor’s windows”. Most windows have some warrantee on them but the lady was adamant that they would not warrantee the window. If you buy from this company, get everything in writing.

I found my way here after visiting every auto glass place in town to try and resolve an issue I had with the window on my pickup. Even though they’re not an auto glass shop, I still went in and asked my question. The ladies that work here were super helpful, and actually came outside to see what my issue was, which no one else in town would seem to do. After a few minutes they came up with a suggestion and an explanation which I went home and tried. Their input helped me solve my issue. If I have any glass needs in the future, I will definitely try and give them my business before I go anywhere else!
