Beau and his team were great. They were timely with their service and did great work! As a busy mom with an infant and a toddler I appreciated their care and attentiveness and getting the job done quickly and safely so we could be back to a full and running household! I hired Innovative windows for a job on my own home, which I needed asap. The owner communicated with me quickly and professionally after I reached out to him. He personally came by to give a free estimate and arrived on time. He explained the job in detail and I hired him. He stayed in communication all throughout the process and gave me updates as well. He arrived before his crew to check on everything and also came back when the job was completed. Everything was done exactly as described, and the area was clean and put back together. The owner is very knowledgeable, professional, and watches over his jobs closely. I would definitely hire this company again.

The owner Beau was awesome from the very beginning to the end. His guys showed up on time, were professional and did an amazing job. They installed a new slider which replaced French doors in our master bedroom. They also replaced a shattered window and trimmed a door that was rubbing on the flooring. Top notch service from start to finish! Beau came out on a Saturday to measure the windows for an estimate all the way from Sacramento to Ione ! A couple of short weeks later, our windows came and Beau kept us in the loop every step of the way! The day of the install Michael and Nathan came over bright and early in the morning and promptly began. They were extremely respectful of not only my wife who works from home but my young boys and even played along when they tried to “help”. They managed to handle 7 windows in a single days time; 2 of which were incorrectly installed by the previous owner and 1 that carried a massive footprint! After the full days work, they still took the time to insure everything was cleaned up to our standards and confirmed that my wife and I had not only reviewed everything but had no further questions! All in all a great experience with fair and competitive pricing with every major competitor while providing extremely personalized service! All in all we couldn’t recommend them enough! We will definitely be using them again next year for the sliders on our home!

Very responsive and professional. We contacted Beau to replace our windows. His team came the same day to measure. Beau suggested we change the glass as it would be more cost effective, and he sent a very reasonable quote over. Within two days they received the glass and came to install. It was quick, easy, and professional. The final product looks great and we could not be happier. I would recommend them to anyone.
