Brothers installed all my new special windows, and sliding doors. I’ve had them all in now for about 6 years. They did a wonderful job and recently when I had a small issue with the handle/ lock on the slider, they came right out and adjusted it for me lickety split! And there was no charge. They stand behind their work and honor their commitment to quality service. I’d highly recommend them.

We had our home listed for sale, and our giant front window cracked from a turkey strike. The window was replaced effortlessly and quickly. This window was huge, on a slope and up high. Fixed in time for the sale, and I would recommend Brothers for all your window needs.

Just a snippet of Brother’s Windows. Many more videos and images of the sloppy work at install, to leaks in many windows resulting in damage and mold in surrounding drywall, to water damage in and around windows and slider door, to interior and exterior damage in and around all the windows, loud cracking and popping noises, sagging of windows, pulling away from the stucco, not flush, improper sizes, weird orange substance starting to show up 3 years later in and around nearly every single window you name it. We had zero issues prior to the unfortunate decision to have Brother’s windows install windows in our home. Buyers beware. Like the other two recent reviews I would give zero stars if I could. They are a lower price point for a reason. Worse mistake we ever made. Now we are dealing with costly and devastating damage to our home. It’s been a nightmare. They have zero quality control. It’s been nonstop issues since the day they were installed. They say they will make anything right but they just want to put Band-Aids on their faulty work.

I have had a terrible experience with the installation of windows and patio doors with this company. The product that they sell is from ‘Ply Gem Building Products’ and they are indeed an inferior products. Every installed windows leaked water when it rained and damaged my surrounded dry walls. The patio door had hinges problems, came with wrong weather stripping from the factory and this door still could not be latched properly due to sagging doors. I do have a written life time warranty but numerous calls to fix these issues gone to deaf ears. I do have several visits by a Brother service representative who stated that this door needs to be fixed by a manufacturer representative but these manufacturer’s technician NEVER show up (it has been a year since they installed their products). If anyone wants to keep their sanity and avoid headaches then keep away from these folks.

****UPDATE****: I have updated my rating based on some recent communication with Brothers. Upon seeing my review here, the company contacted me to get more information as they were confused on the details. The issues that I experienced had not been elevated to management at the time. As we discussed the problems on the phone I expressed that I truly understood the issues and I was simply upset at the communication. They offered to come look at the Windows to verify everything and figure out a solution. I had told them it wasn’t necessary since I had already installed everything and we’re pretty far out so I didn’t want anyone to have to drive out there. I was happy they had expressed some concern with the customer service issues. Without prompting, Brothers called me back the next day with an offer of a refund to make things right. This was not requested nor expected. The comments about being very customer service based were not just lip service. They followed through. As such, I wanted to come on here to update the community that even though I had an issue with one individual at the company, overall the experience was great. ORIGINAL REVIEW: While anyone building during COVID knows, production issues are rampant and have become the normal. I was expecting these and do not hold Brothers responsible. We did have one window that wasn’t including in the original shipment of 19 windows. Initially, Brother’s was great and was looking into it and got it re-ordered. However, upon pickup, the window was the incorrect size. I had to uninstall a couple windows that were already installed, reframe multiple window openings and shuffle windows around to make it work, and the company didn’t even offer to give me a partial discount even though the window was smaller than the one I had ordered. While not worth the time or money it would take to fight it, I did want to post here so others were aware of this problem. Maybe they’re better with full installs, but for product only orders, they do not stand behind their product or their delivery.
