I am very pleased with my experience at Window World. Michelle, my salesperson, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She made herself available to me after the intial appointment and was extremely courteous. Likewise, I was impressed with Joy and all the staff members who took my phone calls and patiently answered my questions. The installation team was professional and accommodating with any request that I had. The entire experience was positve. I would highly recommend Window World.

It took windows world A year to replace my windows! Workers would set a date and never show up! They would state they had an emergency!! Show up late, installed a defective windows the charge me to replace e! Of witch I finally got replaced and charge me $150 00!

Well for the price of a down payment on a house. You could have the Tesla of windows. But…. The make ready department will not clean it before delivery. They will ding your door and give the car a few smacks with a hammer before handing you the key card. I was told some one would contact me two days ago. Nothing no voice mail or email or text. The installation of my two sliding windows took about Seven hours. My windows are scratched. Corners damaged from dropping them and installing them incorrectly several times. Lots of dents dings and scratches. My Spanish is not great but as a retired sailor I will say they were cussing each other like sailors. I am not mad that they used my bathroom. Every body poops. What is not cool is putting your poop toilet paper in the trash can. I don’t understand what happened to this company. Last year I had my front windows replaced. Two young men did two small and one large bay windows in three hours. Cleaned up after them selfs and it was awesome! This was not my experience this time. This experience was not cool. The people on the phone were great. They took down my complaints and then took my money. Sales people great, people on the phone great, but were the rubber meets the road…… Not cool.

He has always been polite and has provided us with a wonderful experience in our home improvement process.
