We had Rochester Colonial come out to our home and replace a bow window that was 15+ years old. From Phil, who measured and wrote the estimate to the gentlemen who installed the window, everyone was professional and the installation was seamless. We love our new kitchen window and will definitely call Rochester Colonial when we need other windows replaced. Thank you!

We (My wife & me) experienced the best of what Rochester Colonial has to offer including exceptionally friendly first contact showing us the great quality & range of windows they had to offer. Anthony showed us & helped us select the windows we truly wanted, right in the comfort of our home. Then final measurements for the 5 windows that we replaced were taken. Since our home is over 80 years old, getting new windows gave our home a distinctly great appearance upgrade. I got to talk to the manager personally & he was equally empathetic & understanding. When our windows came in they had been manufactured with expert workmanship. Finally, the installation was done by courteous, exceptionally competent installers who honed their craft to perfection. Today we are enjoying the amenities of Rochester Colonial windows including ease of opening, washing, not to mention the insulating qualities of their windows, especially the Infinity by Marvin line. For these reasons I would recommend the Rochester Colonial experience to anybody who wants to increase the value of their home.

Rochester Colonial just left and once again we are totally satisfied. A minor issue appeared with a nearly 4 yr old patio door and they took care of it to our satisfaction. Time and time again they have installed products and taken care of issues in our home to our highest expected standards. John today was friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in our home. Many many companies in Rochester need to use Rochester Colonial’s business as a template of how to get and keep customers.

We replaced all our windows (21 total), our front door, and sliding patio door with Rochester Colonial. They gave us a very competitive quote and were super easy to deal with. The quality of the product is excellent. The workers did a good job installing the product and we are very happy with the result.

We ordered two triple pane casement windows and a new entrance door and sidelight from Rochester Colonial. The installation was completed per the projected schedule. The installers were a pleasure to work with and the end result is very pleasing. The windows are much improved quality compared to those they replaced, and the entry door is exactly what we were looking for. I should note that the door was ordered with a custom color that we provided, and the manufacturer did an outstanding job matching it. In summary, we were extremely satisfied with our experience with Rochester Colonial, both their sales staff and their installation crew, and would definitely use them again.

We got 4 estimates to replace the windows on the front of our house and kitchen. After going through the process and being educated, we chose the fiberglass product. We could not be more pleased that we chose Rochester Colonial. Nick and Mike were wonderful during the sales process, which was informative, professional and low pressure. The price was competitive and very reasonable. The installation was painless. Josh and the whole crew were pleasant and respectful of our home…everything covered, wore booties inside and cleaned up everything when they left. We will definitely choose them to do other windows/doors when the time comes!!

Our experience with Rochester Colonial in getting our new windows and doors was excellent. Our sales consultant, Ripley, met with us three times and worked hard to adjust and refine things to meet our wishes and our budget. I really appreciated the tour of the facility that Ripley gave us, that was very informative about their whole process and the care they take. Josh and his installation crew were great. Josh was a very excellent craftsman and he did excellent work. We are very pleased with our new windows and doors and the whole process.

This spring Mike from Rochester Colonial came out to our house to look at replacing 10 windows, a front entry door with sidelights, adding a large picture window in a wall where there wasn’t a window and changing a window to a sliding glass door. He was great at explaining how the process would work, making sure we were getting what we wanted and not pushy. He quickly measured everything that we were looking to replace and reached out to us the next day with a quote. This summer Steve and his team came out for 3 days and completed all the work, before they began he explained exactly how they would perform the work. First they covered and protected our floors and house, everything went flawless, and it was so clean you never knew there were there except for the beautiful new windows and door! They even replaced some trim on the interior of some windows that had been previously been replaced so everything would match. After they left we had the house sided by a different company, they made a few mistakes that affected the windows and door. Rochester Colonial sent two guys back out for half a day to fix the other company’s mistakes and never even hinted about charging us. This is they best company I have ever dealt with, they are first-rate!
