Fantastic customer service. My call was returned quickly, and I was given a quote for replacing the motor. The technician, Nelson, arrived on time the next day, and he serviced the equipment I purchased from Overhead Door 24 years ago. He lubricated everything, changed out a sensor and only charged me for a service call because I didn’t need a full replacement.

I am definitely not one to provide reviews or even think of referring anyone these days. However I have to give a ” Huge Thanks ” to Overhead Door Company. I had a broken spring on my door, called them and was given a price estimate which was very reasonable compared to the other big guys out there. Everyone knows today it is just so hard to find any company today that gives you great service and is does exactly what they say. I would like to give a HUGE thank you service tech Nelson who was on time and extremely kind and courteous through out the repair which was so quick and painless. Thank you Nelson !! Next time you have a broken garage door call Overhead Door company. Great service, On time, courteous, and very reasonable. Great Team !!

They made me lose my money. I will never go there again. They didn’t take responsibility for their defective materials and they didn’t try to solve the problem. Not recommended!!!!!

We bought a house this week and called multiple places for garage door opener pricing ,Over Head Door Co. wasn’t the cheapest but not the most expensive . I chose this company because Tracy was very knowledgeable and confident with the info she gave me on the phone . David called on his way and once he arrived, explained everything he wa s going to do . Once the install was complete , he showed me how everything worked . This service was outstanding . I highly recommend!

Really happy with the service! I called first thing in the morning because my garage door came off the track the night before. I received a call a few short hours later from Gary, to let me know that he was on his way. In no time he repaired my door and it was working good as new.

I called them this morning and was able to set an appointment the same day. They came out and fixed the broken belt on our garage and everything is working great! The repairman was friendly and did a great job!
