Window world made replacing our 1970’s aluminum windows in our fixer a smooth process! Omar provided a quote and came back a second time for measurements. Our turn around was quick! The day of installation, two of the guys showed up and were very professional and did a thorough job without leaving any mess! Worth every penny.

I’d really put the experience of our Window World installation at a 10 out of 10. The team of Max and Brandon was flawless — from removal, installation, every detail of trimming and caulking to cleanup before they left. We enjoyed chatting along the way — they were extremely pleasant! I highly recommend the windows we chose and — ask for Max and Brandon to install, if possible. The windows are all I hoped for — They keep out noise, heat and especially wind and dust here in the desert! I am totally happy with our new windows. I should have replaced them years ago! Glad it’s done now for us to ENJOY!

A windows world rep provided me with an estimate. Everything was fine until I asked for a copy of the warranty to be emailed. Since then I was ghosted. I reached out to the main desk and she assured me she will follow up by the next day, but she ghosted me too. How can I trust a brand which gets cold feet when asked to see warranty information in writing?

Super happy with window world. Ko came out measured quoted and set a time frame for install. The happiest surprise when they called to schedule install 4-6 weeks earlier than expected! Max and Brandon were an absolute amazing team installing the windows. They were friendly knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend window world in the future ! I’ve got a few before and after pictures to see what a huge difference these great windows made to my house. Can’t wait to see the difference in my electricity bill!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Omar was an awesome and attentive salesperson, and Rafael did an amazing job installing. Our windows look 100x better and they are cool to the touch in the sun. Window world had the best price as well out of all the quotes we got. Definitely recommend.
