Easiest company I’ve had to work with. From measure to install, our window pane replacements were super simple, quick, and painless. Crew was very friendly and super conscientious, even stepping back and recleaning areas they were noticing as they went out the door. I can’t think of anything to improve!

We needed rollers for our older patio sliding door. Previous company said they were no longer available and wanted to sell us a new door. Pacific guys jerry-rigged parts from 2 different rollers and made it work! They went above and beyond and they will be our go-to place from now on!

I needed 3 mirrors cut for an amusement park I work at and I dropped them off at pacific glass Inc. When I got there I was greeted with a smile and was told if I had 10 mins to sit around they could cut them right away, I said ok great that works. The whole process felt more like 5 mins. Once I put the mirrors back into my car I went to go pay and was told not to worry about it. This place has great people and a great environment! I’ll be taking any future glass cutting projects to them, what a great experience!

Very happy with my new shower glass. It was a challenging process, due to external issues, but Cody (owner) and his team stuck with me and made what could have been a nightmare, into a daydream! Definitely went above and beyond. Thank you!!

Had questions about glass. I guess it was a stupid question because the guy at the front counter acted as if I should know the answer. Instead of a follow up question about custom cuts I was so put off by his attitude that I took my business elsewhere.

My bike broke out the back window of my camper on the snoqualmie pass. Brandon at Pacific hooked me up with a piece of plexiglass so I could keep going on my trip. Would highly recommend.
