Ashley and Grant were amazing! They were very thorough from initial calls to when they installed our garage opener. Very responsive, solid communication, and they actually commit to their service. I’ve called a few other providers and they failed to commit to what they said and others lied. IGD is legit and honest and I HIGHLY recommend them!

They came prepared to fix or install a new unit depending on what was found. They also found a busted spring and were able to also solve that at the same time. They fixed everything and the unit worked within two hours.

Phenomenal service by Ashley coordinating my needs to get this repair done for my garage ASAP. I let her know that I may just go with another company that can get here sooner and she was able to facilitate the team to swing by my place after their current appointment. She gathered information and photos to make sure it was something they can handle today and within 15 minutes, Isaac and Wes rang the doorbell. Isaac and Wes were extremely genuine in the services they offered and sharing garage knowledge to prevent future repairs and an overall healthy garage – Very respectful and polite. I appreciate the service and would highly recommend this company! This was a team that collaborated well Thank you again!

Our old garage door opener finally packed up, the chain slipped off the driver because the rollers were very stiff, I tried a little DIY work but the whole system was very old and decrepit. I had been worrying about the old door bouncing open each time we left the house, so it was time for a new setup. I contacted IGD and worked with Ashley the coordinator, they were booked out around a week but when the technician Grant came he was very friendly and helpful, he quickly diagnosed which parts were fine and which parts would benefit with replacement (like, the ancient roller wheels) and the new motor. The replacement motor came with a new chain and travel rod, also Grant adjusted the connecting arm. He also installed new safety cables inside the existing springs so they would not cause havoc if they broke and tried to launch across the garage. All told the door has a new life, it rolls very smoothly by hand when not attached to the motor, and the motorized operation is now really smooth and quiet. Everything was very easy, I highly recommend IGD
