The Door Man was so nice, did an excellent job at repairing our spring and a couple of other things that needed repaired on our garage, and was very reasonably priced! They were a third of the price of A1 garage that quoted us a ridiculous amount for just the spring replacement.

Second experience with The Door Man and just as great as the first! Requested and appointment online Saturday and had a call to schedule within 10 or 15 minutes to schedule for Monday. The service person was great, worked fast but also took care to ensure quality repair. He was also funny!

tweaked my door yesterday morning, but I had someone answer the phone at 7:30a when I called expecting to leave a message, but got an appointment set up for next day. They arrived in the time window and calmly got my door back in track, with the trainee doing most of the work competently. Both repairmen were professional, very capable, and fast. They charged a very fair price for clearly handling a twisted door fast and well. Have had a similar experience with them 8 years ago.
