Phillip was our service technician for our French doors and he was great and very informative for what we needed. We had a handle issue and not only did he fix it, but explained why it was slipping off. We definitely love the quality of our doors and the home we have was originally built with Andersen French doors and that was 30 years ago. Highly recommend the doors for their craftsmanship, the sales rep team, and the service team! There was a scheduling snafu with the service needed and the customer service team was not too helpful.

Phillip came out to check on a warranty issue with wood trim around our Renewal windows. Diagnosed a bad batch pf wood. They will send someone out to replace and repaint trim on two windows under warranty. Phillip is very polite, personable and professional. Good follow-up!

This morning, I had a visit from Renewal by Anderson the two gentlemen that came in were Phillip Hernandez and the other Gentlemen was Connor. They came in and replaced a wood strip on my sliding glass door quickly without any problems. They were very friendly and polite. They did an excellent job. You can’t even tell where it was replaced. It looks as original as when it came from the factory. I love Renew by Anderson!!

Today Dan and Darrell came and measured my widows and doors I am having installed by Renewal by Anderson, they arrived on time they both were very helpful, knowledgeable and personable.
