These guys halfway did a job after 7 calls to follow up. Were supposed to get back to me with a sash replacement afterwards and did not. Placed another follow up and still nothing. They are nice guys but just terrible at follow up. Would definitely not use again or recommend.

They give bad service, I don’t recommend it to anyone, they don’t do their job, they are rude, they are irresponsible and poorly educated people, the windows I ordered came out badly, like 8 windows, very poorly served.

Rarely answers their phone and voicemails left. Order the wrong window after 4 weeks of waiting and scheduling it for install and even called to verify install was still on schedule. 3 days later no install and said they had to re order. Bad customer service and response, would not recommend. There’s other glass companies and small business that would do a better job. It’s a zero for me. Still 3 weeks later and no call back.

They are friendly, work quickly, and are all around amazing. If you drop off your screens in the morning, they will be done that day. I happily recommend them to friends and plan to keep coming back for years to come.

Fast, professional, fair/reasonable prices, communicative. Everything, I’d want from a service. Highly recommend you reach out to Les, Dana, Mike, and Chris. They’ll take care of you. Edit: They also measured a screen that I needed replacing while they were taking care of another window install. Screen was ready for pick up real fast.
