They don’t service Stockton…lol. I have a new home and live in a safe neighborhood… hopefully some one in the valley will decide to repair sliding doors .Oh I am Black..I have had counter top and hardwood floor providers thru Costco travel further than Rancho Cordova…We drive to the tax office up North.. anyway Valley people don’t waste your time

I’m sure that they do wonderful work, but we couldn’t get past the price. All I needed is two rollers on a sliding glass door replaced. The technician said it would be 45 minutes, and they were going to charge $415. I don’t know about you, but I’ve never earned $415 per hour. Car mechanics don’t earn $415 per hour, nor does the automotive business that they work for. A lawyer doesn’t charge $415 per hour. Not even a brain surgeon charges $415 per hour! Am I missing something here? On top of this, getting past the sticker shock was the technician trying to use pressure sales tactics. We’ll find somebody with a little less business overhead and little more down to earth on pricing.

My giant sliding door works great now. I had scheduled a free estimate. They arrived on time. I accepted the estimate and the door was fixed in an hour. They obviously know what they’re doing. Little confusion about the price, however. I responded to the ad in The Home Mag which had a 25% discount. The final price was higher than the estimate price and then they wouldn’t honor the discount, saying that IS the discounted price. Oh well, as far as contractors go, they are better than most. Sometimes you can’t even get one contractor to come out.

If you are looking to get more life out of your sliders before you are ready to replace them, call Kings. I was able to get a next day appointment. Niv arrived within the time I was given, alerting me prior to his arrival. He was professional and listened to all of my concerns about our 5 sliders. I thought I needed weatherstripping on the doors, he was honest and told me not to spend money on replacing those instead of selling me something I did not need. That honestly from a sales person is hard to find. He repaired the doors, showed me the old parts and fixed them in less than an hour. Our slider slides like butter now! Very reasonably priced and cheaper than replacing the doors.
